How It Works
We listen to your exact requirements, advise you on what’s possible and help you see the potential.
Stage 1 - Initial Contact
Good clear communication from the beginning is the key to success, so please get in touch for an initial chat. I can then organise a visit to the property at your convenience.
Stage 2 - Consultation
Now over to you... This is where I listen. My goal is to completely understand your requirements. Then, using my experience and knowledge, I can answer your questions and offer you advice. I usually provide a quote at this stage and if you are happy, I can move forward quite quickly.
Stage 3 - Measure
Once you have given Edward Jones the green light, we will take measurements, photos and make notes in preparation for the visualisation stage. I can often merge this visit with the consultation to speed-up the process.
Stage 4 - Visualise
Then the fun begins! I input all the measurements to create 2D proposed plans. The next step is to build a 3D model - this is where your ideas come to life! When people see the 3D images, they tend to want to make changes! Not to worry, I am on hand to perfect and develop your ideas (FREE).
Stage 5 – Submission
At this stage both the client and we are happy with the design and we submit the plans along with the application to the local council. They check to see if everything is in order, they may request to change a couple of things here and there (minor adjustments) again we will do this at NO extra cost.
Stage 6 – Approval
It takes around 6-8 weeks for council to approve or reject the application, however our track record shows that 98% of our work has been approved.
